Adigi - Being a managing director in the last 12 months

The past 12 months has been a very tough time for us all, not just in business but for our personal well being.  Some of our clients have seen their businesses and the way the operated decimated, however other brands have gone from strength to strength and have exceeded targets for enquiries, online sales or trade orders. Reflecting back on our time in this period we as an agency have culturally and process wise, had to analyse how we do our jobs and the process behind it. If you don’t know who Adigi is then here’s an intro for you:

Working remotely as a tight knit design team has been challenging, we’ve had to meet this head on, and I believe this is for the better for the long term for our business. And I believe lots of businesses are thinking the same way we are, we have seen a rise in requests and enquiries moving from the traditional (pre-Covid enquiries for) brochure or ecommerce website. We’ve seen enquiries for looking right across a brand,  a website,, online sales, trade orders, systems to manage staff, integrations with CRM’s and everything in between.

From our own perspective, creating a process and intranet system to manage clients, projects, design, holidays, timelines and requests for additional work has been more than I can have imagined. The development of that system will continue but it has changed the way we do business and will do business going forward. I believe there’s so much opportunity for companies and brands out there online. It might be time to re-think how you’ve been doing business!
